В рамках Муниципального гранта «Серебряные» педагоги — волонтеры» с целью повышения уровня доверия и взаимопомощи между коллегами проведён командообразующий тренинг на территории оздоровительного Центра «Красная гвоздика».
Декан и преподаватель факультета «Этика и психология» Сафарова Лилия Фархатовна с поставленными задачами тренинга по поддержанию дружеских отношений в коллективе и позитивного настроения, по развитию памяти, внимания и мышления справилась на «отлично», зарядив всю команду позитивом.
Был проведен тест «Геометрические фигуры»: круг, квадрат, прямоугольник, треугольник, зигзаг.
Участники тренинга, объединившись в группы определённой фигуры по своему желанию, создавали эти фигуры, знакомясь с характеристикой своего типа личности.
Эмоционально с рисованием и песнями было выполнено упражнение «Эмблема Университета».
Упражнения «Приключения в лабиринте» и «Смотри внимательно и найди» прошли весело и дружно.
А упражнение «Подарок» оказалось самым тёплым и душевным, каждый из участников тренинга дарил друг другу виртуальные подарки и дружеские объятия.
В заключении под любопытные взгляды отдыхающих весело водили хоровод.
